PHYSICS Strengths and Achievements
Strengths of the department:
1. Highly Qualified Faculty : We have 5 Doctorates and 2 more are pursuing their Ph.D.’s. and imparting significant contributions to the Department.
2. Research Opportunities: We have a nice Research laboratory with an apparatus of substantial worth. We are having Active research programs and collaborations with State and national institutions. Click here to view the details of departmental research work
3. Well-equipped laboratories: We have 4 laboratories for Physics and One laboratory for Electronics. All the labs are Well-equipped laboratories and access to advanced instruments.
4. Strong Curriculum: Every time, we are changing our curriculum as per the requirements of the stake holders and also incorporating the various topics which covers the fundamental to advanced topics in physics.
5. Student Success: We have high pass percentage especially in the 5th and 6th semesters. Also, our JKC is worthy enough to provide placements for most of the students. Or else our students got appreciable ranks in prestigious institutions and got admissions into post- graduation courses.
